I workout 15-30 mins per workout. My workouts are not fun. Look at my picture...does it look like im having fun? But it beats doing 90 min workouts!
The goal is to stimulate muscle growth and get out! This is not an endurance competition.
When I was in college I was doing 60-90 min workouts because that's what I saw the athletes doing online and in books.
I quickly realized that I wasn't recovering from those workouts. I barely saw progress. I went to the gym but still looked soft. And I always had a damn shoulder injury.
So I created this guide because this is what I would have wanted about 15 years ago.
